I chose this profession because I love working and interacting with people. I have always found inspiration in helping people.”
While Katrina never intended to go into the medical field, she learned she was good at it. “So here I am five years later doing what I love and that’s taking care of my patients and making sure they’re getting better. I discovered my strengths: communicating and listening to my patients.”
Background and Education
In 2018, Katrina earned her Associate Degree in Medical Billing and Coding at Ultimate Medical Academy. She also possesses excellent customer service skills, determination, dedication, and perseverance, all of which have made her an invaluable asset to our practice.
Patient-Centric Approach
Katrina believes in positively impacting people’s lives, which is why she finds joy in helping her patients on their journey to wellness. As a medical assistant, she works closely with chiropractors, focusing on treating the spine through hands-on examination and treatment of the bones. Her ability to empathize and actively listen to her patients ensures they receive the best possible care.
